I believe therapy works best when you feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and actively involved in the process. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My own experiences have deepened my appreciation for how complex our relationships with food, body image, and self worth can be, and how much courage meaningful change can require.
Through our work together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, build understanding, and identify changes that feel authentic and sustainable for you.
I integrate evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and trauma informed therapy. In my work with couples, I draw on my Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
